Sending Money
The Threshold works with JPay to provide money sending options to inmates. The Threshold does not process money orders. Money orders are sent to Jpay with a deposit slip.

Phone Calls
Threshold allows inmates to make and receive calls. The Threshold works with GTL in billing the calls. Family and friends can deposit money through AdvancePay prepaid option or the offender’s PIN debit phone account, so the inmate makes calls to authorized phone numbers.
Visitations
The Threshold permits inmates to receive visitors once per week, not exceeding two hours. They can only receive three approved visitors per session.
For special visits, call the Threshold Staff at 410-727-0100. Special visits run between 9 am and 3 pm from Monday to Friday. Security Threat Group (STG) and Segregation inmates have non-contact visitations by appointment.
