Sending a Mail/Package
The New Visions permits inmates to write and receive letters from family and friends. The New Visions checks incoming mail for unauthorized items. The letter must contain the inmate’s prison ID and addressed in this format:

Sending Money

Phone Calls

Visitations
The New Visions permits inmates to receive visitors once per week, not exceeding two hours. They can only receive three approved visitors per session.
For special visits, call the New Visions Staff at 615-532-5470. Special visits run between 9 am and 3 pm from Monday to Friday. Security Threat Group (STG) and Segregation inmates have non-contact visitations by appointment.
